Liz Icenogle, CAE

Association Executive

Liz Icenogle, CAE, is an association executive and passionate member advocate where she supports BHL association clients.

Most recently, she served as the Director of Component Relations at the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). At CSI, she supported the Institute's 116 chapters and regions by focusing on strategy, governance best practices, and volunteer support. Prior to CSI, Icenogle was the Executive Director of Engagement for ARMA International and began her association career with the Associated Builders and Contractors. She is currently Kansas City Society of Association Executives (KCSAE) and a regular speaker, author, and developer of educational content on association management best practices and has held her Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification since 2014. A graduate of Westminster College, Icenogle served on the college's alumni council and, in Kansas City, served on the Board of Directors for the CORO Kansas City Public Affairs Internship program. When not working, she is likely chasing her two children, Great Dane, or both, or heading outside for her next great adventure.
